How is my eGift Card delivered?

1. There are no restrictions on when your eGift card can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date and time of your choosing. You can specify an exact time down to the minute!

2. Delivery of your eGift card by email is free of charge.

3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing a link to download your Darphin eGift card. You can choose to download it now or at a later date. Your eGift card is loaded with value and ready to spend online at www.darphin.co.uk (*excludes Darphin Spas and Salons) as soon as it's received. 

4. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number.

5. If you have a query, please contact us on 08081 782065 please email darphin@voucherexpress.net. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm and 9:00am - 12:30pm Saturdays. Please have your order number to hand.

6. You will receive another email to confirm when the eGift card has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Do Darphin eGift Cards have an expiry date?

No - Darphin eGift Cards have no fixed expiry date.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will read 'Voucher Express' and the charge will be in £ sterling.

Can I order larger amounts of Darphin Gift Cards?

For extra special gifts, it is possible to order larger amounts of Darphin eGift Cards. Please call our helpline on 08081 782065 and we will be delighted to take your order for gift cards up to a value of £1,000 subject to some additional checks.

I would like to order Darphin Gift Cards as a business gift

Darphin Gift Cards are sold by Voucher Express for personal, non-commercial use only. If you require Darphin Gift Cards for business use, please contact Voucher Express directly on 08081 782065 and ask to be transferred to the Corporate Team or email darphin@voucherexpress.net with any requirements.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Sales of Darphin eGift Cards are made, managed and fulfilled by Voucher Express - a trading name of Hemingways Marketing Services Ltd, Metcalfe House, 23H Kirkgate, Ripon. HG4 1PB, established 1947 and registered in England 453174. VAT Reg No: 169725424. Voucher Express is the seller of the eGift Cards.
2. Darphin eGift Cards supplied by this website are in £ sterling which can be redeemed in Darphin online at www.darphin.co.uk (*exclude Darphin Spas and Salons). Darphin eGift Cards can be used as full or part payment on merchandise online, but promotional offers may not apply. Purchases made online with gift cards are not refundable in cash. 
3. Gift Cards ordered through this site will be sent by Voucher Express to the delivery email address stated on each individual order. 
4. Where possible we will try to meet all delivery requirements but neither Voucher Express nor Darphin shall be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the delivery date and time indicated at the time of order being placed. ‘Loss’ in this instance includes loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or other expenses.
5. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. Neither Voucher Express nor Darphin  can be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged eGift Cards following delivery to the recipient. Gift Cards will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Neither Voucher Express nor Darphin is responsible for funds on the Card used without your knowledge.
6. Darphin eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cash refunds will not be available for products purchased with this Card. Voucher Express is not directly linked to Darphin Limited and can take no responsibility for products and services offered by Darphin. For the same reason, Darphin shall not be responsible for services offered by Voucher Express and its associated companies, including without limitation the collection and management of your credit card data and personal information which is collected, processed and managed solely by Voucher Express.
7. eGift Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. 
8. Cleared payment is required prior to the dispatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase by Voucher Express. Your credit/debit card statement will read "Voucher Express". We reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation. Darphin UK Online will not be given access to your credit/debit card details.
9. Darphin Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. eGift Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted in Darphin stores.
10. Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services we provide are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Force Majeure; Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.
12. Breach of these conditions will entitle Voucher Express to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.
13. Samples and offer codes cannot be redeemed when purchasing gift cards.
