Delivery of Darphin eGift cards

1. There are no restrictions on when your eGift card can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date and time of your choosing. You can specify an exact time down to the minute!

2. Delivery of your eGift card by email is free of charge.

3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing a link to download your Darphin eGift card. You can choose to download it now or at a later date. Your eGift card is loaded with value and ready to spend online at darphin.co.uk as soon as you download it.

4. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number.

5. If you have a query, please contact our distributors; Voucher Express on 08081 782065 or by emailing darphin@voucherexpress.net. Their opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am to 12:30pm. Please have your order number to hand.

6. You will receive another email to confirm when the eGift card has been sent by email to your specified recipient.
