DELIVERY

Delivery of Jo Malone London e-Gift cards

  1. There are no restrictions on when your e-Gift card can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date and time of your choosing. You can specify an exact time down to the minute!
     
  2. Delivery of your e-Gift card by email is free of charge.
     
  3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing a link to download your Jo Malone London e-Gift card. You can choose to download it now or at a later date. Your e-Gift card is loaded with value and ready to spend online at www.jomalone.co.uk as soon as you download it.
     
  4. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number.
     
  5. If you have a query, please contact our distributors; Voucher Express on 08081 782067 or by emailing jomalone@voucherexpress.net. Their opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 12:30pm. Please have your order number to hand.

Sales of Jo Malone London Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are made, managed and fulfilled by Voucher Express - a trading name of Hemingways Marketing Services Ltd, Metcalfe House, 23H Kirkgate, Ripon. HG4 1PB, established 1947 and registered in England 453174. VAT Reg No: 169725424. Voucher Express is the seller of the Gift Cards.
  2. Jo Malone London Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards supplied by this website are in £ sterling which can be redeemed in Jo Malone London Limited boutiques in the United Kingdom (excluding department store counters, airports and mail order) and on www.jomalone.co.uk. Jo Malone London Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment on merchandise in store, but promotional offers may not apply. Purchases made in store with gift cards are not refundable in cash.
  3. Gift Cards ordered through this site will be sent by Voucher Express to the delivery address stated on each individual order. Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail services. Orders with a combined value of £50 or less will be sent by 1st class post. All other orders will be sent by either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and will require a signature on arrival.
  4. Gift Cards will normally be despatched by Voucher Express within two working days unless a specified later delivery date is requested. Where possible we will try to meet all delivery requirements but neither Voucher Express nor Jo Malone London Limited shall be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the delivery date and time indicated at the time of order being placed. ‘Loss’ in this instance includes loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or other expenses.
  5. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. Neither Voucher Express nor Jo Malone London can be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards following delivery to the recipient. Gift Cards will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Neither Voucher Express nor Jo Malone London Limited is responsible for funds on the Card used without your knowledge.
  6. Jo Malone London Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cash refunds will not be available for products purchased with this Card. Voucher Express is not directly linked to Jo Malone London and can take no responsibility for products and services offered by Jo Malone London Limited. For the same reason, Jo Malone London Limited shall not be responsible for services offered by Voucher Express and its associated companies, including without limitation the collection and management of your credit card data and personal information which is collected, processed and managed by Voucher Express.
  7. Gift Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any gift cards not notified to us within three days of delivery.
  8. Cleared payment is required prior to the despatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase by Voucher Express. Your credit/debit card statement will read 'Voucher Express'. We reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation. Jo Malone London Limited will not be given access to your credit/debit card details.
  9. Jo Malone London Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted in Jo Malone London Limited stores.
  10. Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services we provide are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  11. Force Majeure: Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.
  12. Breach of these conditions will entitle Voucher Express to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.
