FatFace digital Gift Cards can be used in all FatFace UK stores and online.

What will happen after I place my order online?

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we received your order. Two days before your requested delivery date we will send you another email informing you that your digital Gift Card has been dispatched. If we are not able to process your order, we will contact you by email.

We accept Visa credit & debit cards, MasterCard credit & debit cards, American Express & Maestro cards.

 

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will read "Voucher Express".

Yes. FatFace digital Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the last transaction, including balance enquiries.
